I work with leaders at all levels to enhance their leadership skills, such as communication, decision making, strategic thinking and emotional intelligence. Oftentimes, I assist with succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders.
I support organizations during periods of change and transitions, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and periods of intense growth by helping manage the people side of change effectively and support employees in adapting to the new circumstances.
I create and implement customized programs that aim to increase employee engagement, retention, and safety (physical and psychological). These programs often combine various methods and interventions rooted in organizational psychology and principles of adult learning.
I focus on strengthening the competencies of leadership teams, helping to enhance their efficiency, effectiveness, and well-being. Increased competence often leads to improved team dynamics, communication, and collaboration as well as increased ability to resolve conflict.
I support organizations in transforming their cultures to align with their vision, values, and strategic goals. My favorite projects to date include building a coaching culture and a neuroinclusive culture.
I assist leadership teams in strategic planning initiatives, prioritizing and decision making, using various tools and methods. For start-ups, I facilitate the process around creating mission, vision and values of the new organization prior to setting long and short-term goals.
