She has a solid track record in the development and implementation of effective performance management tools, competency models, succession planning and retention initiatives. Helena is also a skilled Business Coach specializing in leadership development and executive coaching.
Helena holds a Master degree in Social and Industrial Psychology from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. She has a diverse experience in information technology, consumer goods, telecommunication and government sectors.
Corry focuses on organizational development, team coaching, conflict resolution, change leadership, leadership and professional development, executive mentor coaching, coaching skills training and culture strategy to align to brand strategy.
As a Professional Certified Coach, Corry offers a diversified background including a Bachelor in Communication Studies, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (Corporate Coach U’s Advanced Corporate Coaching Program), a Certificate in Change Management (ProSci) and a certificate in Conflict Management and Resolution from Concordia University.
Eva has a solid track record in optimizing current processes and tools, as well as designing customized HR business solutions such as new employee integration, recruitment and talent development programs. Eva has varied experience in pharmaceutical, information technology and government sectors.
Eva holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montreal and a Master degree in Educational Technology from Concordia University. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
Gaby is an experienced business coach, trainer and expert on learning development, leadership and competency development and team development. She has extensive experience in creating and implementing new business strategies as well as in examining and re-engineering operations and processes.
Gaby holds a Bachelor degree in Human Relations from Concordia University. She is an ICF PCC Certified Coach from Erickson International College and a member of the International Coach Federation. Gaby is also a trainer for Erickson International College.
