The objective of this course is to develop and/or strengthen leadership skills in managers. Several groups of employees can benefit from this course – newly promoted team leaders and managers, high-potential employees as well as seasoned managers and executives. The level of information, activities and field work are adjusted to the experience level of the audience.

The course takes approximately nine months to complete. Ideally, the sessions are scheduled every four weeks, with field work and individual coaching (optional) in between. The frequency of sessions is designed to maximize retention and enable formation of new habits. Workbooks and additional resources are provided to all participants.
