LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE FOR MANAGERS

The objective of this course is to develop and/or strengthen leadership skills in managers. Several groups of employees can benefit from this course – newly promoted team leaders and managers, high-potential employees as well as seasoned managers and executives. The level of information, activities and field work are adjusted to the experience level of the audience.

The course takes approximately nine months to complete. Ideally, the sessions are scheduled every four weeks, with field work and individual coaching (optional) in between. COACH APPROACH TO PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

The objective of this course is to develop coaching skills in team leaders, managers and executives. It is designed for leaders in organizations that aim to apply the coach approach to manage their people. HUMAN RESOURCES PROCESSES

The objective of the HR Processes training sessions is to provide essential HR knowledge to managers of small size organizations. It is designed for organizations with a minimal HR presence where line managers need to have a solid knowledge of all people processes.

Each interactive session is three hours long and it’s a combination of lecture and workshop with practice activities, information sharing and space for discussion. Certain sessions are customized, based on tools and principles used in the organization.
